Sorry hunny, your ex is trying to have his cake and eat it too! First of all, your ex has moved on…so how come you haven’t? The last thing you want to be is the sideline girl and get heartbroken all over again. Having him in your life is clouding you from seeing clearly of what he is doing to you? Don’t allow him to do that.
Think about..how you want to be treated and what ideal qualities you’re looking for.
Be good to yourself girl and don’t put up with shit like this.
Realize your self-worth and respect yourself, by cutting all ties.
Because the longer you have him in your life..the more clouded you’ll be and might not see a good guy even if he comes by!

Ya…I’ve learned my lesson too. It’s better that you just let it go than hold on. If you hold on, then you won’t have room for the next one. Your ex or exs are just stepping blocks to the person that is made for you. Move on….live life…and things will fall into place. You deserve the best! Go get it!

I just watched a Post Secret Video and I now have the urge to share a deep dark secret…I’m not going to so instead I have a quick question. I broke up with my ex about 4-5 months ago. It was a 2.5 year relationship….I still sort of miss her…When will I be over her? And please tell me it’s not really going to take Half as long as the relationship was…Come on V-stars, what has your experience told you?

The key things here are the flirtatiousness, and this woman not being fully over it; together, they mean it’s too soon for friendship. You hit it spot on Vanae. I do believe, however, that you can eventually share the occasional phone call and email containing a funny youtube link. It’s just that those things tend to happen too soon, typically just when you are on the threshold of getting over them or starting to date someone else. It’s like they have a sixth sense of when to reappear.
The only time it’s ok to not feel like a priority is the first few weeks of dating. Even then you shouldn’t feel like an option; you should feel like they WANT you just that you are one of many important things in their life.
And videos like that are why I got into improv. Too much fun to mess with people’s heads.
