Its about women who chose a wrong man. When she was young she get married to him (probably because she was happy with him). But later (I mean right now) she is unhappy because her man is into other woman (he is probably cheating on her). She found out that she can not leave him, (probably) because she has babies with him. And she is aware of that the YOUNG HEARTS have easier life about relationships, because there is no commitments (like ring or babies).
I assume she is thinking if she was young she would leave him right away after that what he did to her.
But its kind of weird cos music is dynamic, and kind of happy but meaning of the song is sad.
