it’s been a relaxing weekend: going to a family wedding and working this video about my leukemia and lymphoma marathon. have you ever done an endurance race? a team n’ training event?
i’m up to mile 14 in my marathon training and i have $1,200 left to fundraise.
i want you on my team as i go through this great experience.
here’s ways to get involved in join my team:
you’re hot and awesome!!
14 miles! You are doing great! Glad you have a found a way to promote your effort and raise donations.
Pardon me for my grotesque ignorance … I was wondering on how this money you raise would be used? E.g. would it be used to treat current patients or would it be used for research or for both? How much of it will go for administrative costs? Does the organization provide updates on how/where the money is being spent?
hey adrian, thanks for your sweet comment
hey dave, i’m hoping to run 14 miles this saturday too! thanks for your suggestions!
hey rr, you can go to the leukemia & lymphoma society website to get the breakdown of the funds raised
If I bid will you travel to Los Angeles for the date?
Read the e-bay page, dude . . . local pickup only, no shipping.
Congrats bruce!! vanae has now met her goal.
Thanks “t”. I noticed there was another bidder in the auction with the code name “c……t”. The “t” makes me think it might have been you. It was a great auction for a very good cause. If you were the other serious bidder, I commend you on the competition and that’s the way eBay was intended to work. I had to give myself a crash course on how to use the eBay system, but it was a lot of fun and I learned a lot.
