But I think Seth Godin inspired us not too put much pressure on ourselves. You don’t need to be a genius 24/7, but 5 vital minutes of your day time could make all the difference in creating remarkable stuff !

When I realize that I ROCK, this inspires me to…

Challenge myself, and perfect what it is I best ROCK at.
…and that more than anything else holds me up and over the not so rockin’ times.

Hope it doesn’t sound too trite to say that one’s best gift to the world is a life well lived — one’s work done to one’s fullest potential! …no matter what that work may be. (I still have a waaays to go, though)

To echo some old wisdom…

As far as my thoughts on 5 minute life mgmt. theories…
I’ve heard it said that everyone acts like a damn fool for at least 5 minutes a day… and that wisdom comes from not exceeding that limit.

An example was this old, arthritic African American man that came into the doctor’s office this morning. When he came in, he loudly said “Good morning! How is everyone doing this morning? It’s a beautiful day today, isn’t it?”

He got some laughter and a loud of responses in kind! And a lot of smiles that weren’t there before he arrived… He definitely rocked and made everyone else’s day rock too!!
