looking for a bf in beijing

i believe in soulmates.
and i believe that there isn’t just ONE person for you on the planet, because if so, it’d be sad to think that you’d have to bump into him/her within 50 miles of your proximity.

the one(s) exist anywhere on this earth. and you may meet him/her randomly but most likely not when you’re looking for it. but here’s a funny episode of ‘sexy beijing’ where a jewish chick is looking for a bf in city of beijing.

i love the theme. (i’m a huge ‘sex and the city’ fan!)
also, love how fluent she is in mandarin. totally catches people off guard.

Cool blog you’ve got! Funny that you mention Sufei now. I just run into her a couple of weeks ago in a restaurant near our office. She wears the same hilarious glasses in real life. First I thought, this girl somehow looks exactly like Sufei, then she talked to the waiter in fluent Mandarin, with her charming accent, and I knew it was her. =)

Thank you, Vanae! I blogged about you and this show. Great job giving dating advice. Don’t forget helping all the shy, dateless girls out there, especially in Silicon Valley. ;p

I love this Internet show! Brilliant, charming, and heartwarming. What a breath of fresh air. Anna Sophie Loewenberg created this Beijing Internet version of “Sex and the City,” filled with interviews with real people she meets on the street. She peels back the layers of modern-day life in Beijing, on a level to which we all can relate.
