I totally agree with you on the Gaga vid. So awesome. Solid advice on the ‘repeater’ thing. A good female friend of mine just had a guy break up with her. She sent me a bunch of email back and forths and asked what I thought. I told her to give him a break, not talk to him at all for like a week. She texted him once a day for 3 days straight with no response, called, drunk dialed, and even tried to show up at places where she thought he would be. He is reeling because he thinks she’s crazy. Now, I ask you, what does her behavior say? Anyway, I have nothing to ad to the advice you gave, good stuff.
what does that say about her? could be a few things:
1. she doesn’t know that she’s desperately holding on to something that isn’t really there
2. insecurity
3. a friend should tell her to move on (nudge nudge)
Working on it. Last we talked about it, she was just sad so I took it light on the ‘move on’ speech. But I did mention it. I think she’s accepted that the ordeal is officially over now.
