thanks for the vid vanae :) if you would ask me how i overcome lonliness its simple, you have the ability to “realize” its a meaningful word that we should consider, its like you sit alone and ask yourself, “what am i doing in my life?” and “what should i do to make myself happy”, its a time where you should focus on yourself and ask your heart and mind an important question “dont i love myself?yes i do,wat makes myself happy and make me love myself more and more and happier”

thats what i think,it worked with me and i hope it would work with other v stars as well :)

I like when you said “when you meet someone great that person does not complete you because you are you they just add to your life”

I never realized this before but it seems that whenever I meet someone I tend to lose focus on myself and the other person becomes my focus. Its ok to compromise when you are involved and its expected but not to lose yourself.

Thanks Vanae and Nando is a funny guy! I was LMAO…

oh yes, i know i’ve experienced that ‘losing yourself’ when you get into a relationship. we want, so badly, to join someone and share our life with that person, and often times compromising who we are, our values and what we truly want.

when you meet the right person or a healthy relationship, you have the balance of keeping real to yourself, yet growing with your partner.

thanks for bringing up your learning!

I agree with that what Vanae said. And also I wanna add my idea: just ignore the fact that it is valentines day. Who cares ? You will start caring the day when you will have someone for now you can just ignore it like its an ordinary day.
Thats what I used to do and it worked.

yups. and i also understand on the other hand, with the pressure everywhere that this love day makes people reflect on their own love life- what this means to be single.

glad it worked for yah, sebastian!

The difficulty with loneliness at this age is seeing age increase, see how fast time is going, & realizing opportunities really have departed forever, still more opportunities could be disappearing every day that we choose solitude, & wondering if solitude is really not the route you’re intended for, if you’re not doing your job. But a lot of people are wired for solitude & it is a legitimate path.

The best way to defeat loneliness has just been inventing & engineering. Imagine stuff you need but can’t buy, work doggedly hard to build it, & hope these projects don’t lead to another love you can’t have.

  5. One of very few dating coaches I would recommend to a friend. Educated and credible where it counts.

I don’t know about everyone else here, but I truly enjoy my own company. Being able to enjoy yourself is definitely a great attribute to have…

I believe that love is not tied only into one holiday heres what I would do on Valitines day create list of movie selections, very good classic movies about love. Another idea is to create a video of what you love, even if your alone that does not dictate the very essence of who you are and how you share love. I myself write poetry and post it on facebook for others to read even though not every one reads it thats ok. I feel that each post has meaning to me and this is a fascite of who I am and what I love to do.
