At 45 seconds, I see what I believe is Mediterranean Scrub vegetation, and palm trees. Spanish Mission style Architecture. You live in the SF area, so I am guessing somewhere on the West Coast of good old CA. Santa Barbra?

Oh, OK, Cabos. I thought West Coast of North America, but then I saw that the morning sun was coming over the water, so I thought “East Coast??” That threw me off, because I forgot about Cabos being on the peninsula. Darn.
