That looks good and I guess taste the same. I woulve to try it ! I have never had a pistachio shortbread cookies.
And my favorite are Oreo cookies. Its all because of this delicious filling inside. Love it!

fresh baked thick soft chocolate chip with coffee outside at night summertime starry sky slight breeze overlooking the ocean……so yeah, chocolate chip even if its eating them in traffic on the 405 on a hot smoggy sweaty day with a honker behind me honking every 2 minutes while we go 3 miles an hour and no AC……!those cookies looked good.. ebook?:)
