i have no confidence at all i want to start going to the gym, but i don’t want people looking at me, make me feel paranoid and i hate my body, i can never go on dates because im worried they’ll hate my body. i even tell them this so their aware but they always say im goregous no need to worry, it has been said and done before and i got rejected but then was nice to my face then behind my back said horrid things, and to be honest it hurt me badly, and made my confidence very low, what do i do to gain it back?
please reply and help me thank you xx

Ummm this vid was awesome wish I could go to your workshop I live in Texas D; ehhh I want to be able to approach whoever I want without being overly self conscious of my self .. I overthink everything.. So I’ll plan to say hi but I back away.. I wish I could blurt out whatever was on my mind .. I’m very goofy & fun withy family but when it comes to school I shut down =_= I do have friends but I want to make more? ;/

Confidence here we go again!! who cares everyone has butterflies when they first meet or see someone they truly have feelings for, nobody is truly confident in the beginnings of connections because you would not have those feelings if you were so confident right from the start. Confidence builds over time and for some people it builds up quicker than others.

I personally feel girls should not just judge boys on their confidence levels just like boys should not just judge girls on their physical appearance. The personality of the person should be the key determining factor and nothing less because a personality will tell you everything you need to know about the person, and you can not tell what someones personality is after a week or two it takes months, even a lifetime.

I remember when I was in high school that confidence was all about being comfortable around girls and being outspoken. But as I grow older, the idea of confidence has had much refinement. Confidence now includes believing in yourself and your abilities…knowing what you can do and what you can’t do.

I don’t think confidence is innate in each of us. Confidence is based tremendously on our environment…how we were raised and how we interacted in our social circles during our growing pains.

I am confident with myself. I am just really shy and have been for a long time. I really want to change for the better..but i freeze up when i am with people i dont know..and i think about what they will think about me too much.
