You must:

I think this is such a great project! Everyday I find something positive in life. I remind myself of the qualities I want to strengthen in my life. I do this daily, but don’t hold myself to it because believe it or not, I would get stressed. If I even try to hold myself to a schedule, I set myself up for failure. For myself, I can’t participate, but definitely believe this can work for most people! Good luck to all!
